Circumflex (Cx) - I, aVL - Reads lateral MI’s

Right Coronary Artery (RCA) - II, III, aVF - Reads inferior, post Left Vent MI’s.

Left Anterior Descending (LAD) - V1-V6 - Reads anterior and septal MI’s.
